Grade and Recruitment

When recruiting staff into a vacant post the 2016 contract grades must be used, this will ensure that staff are paid at the correct rate along with the associated rota elements. Grades using the prefix MN have been replaced with MT and the document below 'Pay Grade - Old to New' details this clearly along with the changes to elements. All recruitment must be undertaken using the new pay scales detailed in this document.
