It is our ambition to be a great place to learn, work and receive care. Colleagues are our most important asset and we want to ensure we provide them with the support, resources and tools that allow them to take great care of themselves and others. Listening to feedback from our previous staff survey, colleagues told us that they would like to understand what support is available to them at LUHFT.  We also know that it is an increasingly difficult situation in the UK at the moment, and we wanted to ensure that staff are signposted to the appropriate support.  So we have designed the ‘Life at LUHFT’ staff support offer, which centralises all of the support available at the Trust.
