Lead Employer

StHK Lead Employer is the largest NHS Employer of public health, dentists and doctors in training. They employ over 11,000 specialty trainees across six HEE regions – North West, West Midlands, East Midlands, East of England, Thames Valley, London and the South East who are on placement at over 2000 host placement providers. Lead Employer supports our doctors in training and cover a broad range of services including HR, Payroll, Health Work and Wellbeing and many more.

LUFHT hosts around 450 Lead Employer trainees at any given time.

You can contact Lead Employer via their email address Lead.employer@sthk.nhs.uk. This is a centralised inbox that filters of to individual teams who will look into your queries in depth.

If you have access to any old email addresses you may have used previously to contact them, then please be aware that these inboxes are no longer monitored and your query will not be picked up.
