New staff Health and Wellbeing Offer – Now available
At LUHFT, it is our ambition to be a great place to learn, work and receive care. Colleagues are our most important asset and we want to ensure we provide them with the support, resources and tools that allow them to take great care of themselves and others.
Listening to feedback from our previous staff survey, colleagues told us that they would like to understand what support is available to them at LUHFT. We also know that it is an increasingly difficult situation in the UK at the moment, and we wanted to ensure that staff are signposted to the appropriate support. So we have designed the ‘Life at LUHFT’ staff support offer, which centralises all of the support available at the Trust.
The offer centres around an online electronic booklet, which can be found here. The booklet directs colleagues to resources found on the staff hub, as well as national initiatives run by NHS England, Samaritans and Money Helper. The booklet also features downloadable key contacts sheets and health and wellbeing timetables.
We have also designed a staff benefits overview poster, which can be found here. This has been designed with our new starters in mind so that you can see what is available to you as a LUHFT colleague.
