ESR Supervisor Self Service is a national system which allows those with supervisor or managerial responsibility the ability to
- manage annual leave for their teams (if not using HealthRoster)
- record sickness and other absences (if not using HealthRoster)
- record completed appraisals for their team members
- record completed pay progression meetings for their team members
- view their teams assignment/employment information
- view their teams training compliance
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING KEY MESSAGES:
- You will need to access ESR using your Smartcard in order to use Supervisor Self Service functionality. Logging in using manually typed username and password will only allow access to Employee Self Service.
- Areas using HealthRoster to record and manage absences, i.e. sickness, annual leave etc. should not dual input the same information to ESR. A monthly process which is run at the start of the month will upload data from HealthRoster into ESR and data transferred covers the last full month e.g. absences up to 31st January will be uploaded to ESR in the first few days of February.
