Williamson House is accessible via Wavertree Avenue (see below map), and services are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

At this location we are also based with other workforce teams including recruitment, and have access to 3 Smartcard printers which allows us to support new starters and existing staff with new cards.
I am a new starter and but can’t find my Smartcard?
From September 2023 Smartcards for new starters are generated by Recruitment and given to the Workforce Systems Team. The site where the new starter is based will have been confirmed by the Recruiting Manager as part of the recruitment process, and the Workforce Systems Team will then take the new card to the specified site. Details relating to site support for Smartcards, venues, dates and times can be found here. Please refer to the dedicated page on the Staff Hub here for further details of the current process effective from September 2023.
