Creating a new referral

Accessing a report  

Important information 
Please be aware that there is a slight change in process with the new system.  When you create a referral on G2, and click on Submit, it will go to the e-mail address of the person you are referring to OH so that they can view it and give their consent to it.  You need to ensure that when asked for their e-mail address, you use an e-mail address that they can access so, if they are not in work at the moment, it will need to be a home e-mail address.
Once they have received and read the referral by e-mail, they click on the consent button and it goes straight to OH and we will deal with this straight away.
Likewise, after the referral when the report has been written by our nurse/ doctor, we will ask the member of staff for their consent to send the report back to you.  If they give this to us during the appointment, the report will come straight back to you.  If they do not give their consent at this time, we will e-mail the report to them and once they are happy for this to come to you, they will click on the consent button and it will go straight to you.
