How it works ....
Once you have an account, log on to your Dashboard and create referrals. Once you have pressed Submit at the end, this will be transferred over to Occupational Health immediately.
From there, your member of staff will be triaged to the most appropriate Clinician and an appointment will be made. A letter / e-mail will be sent out to your member of staff and your Dashboard will be updated with the date of the appointment.
Once the appointment takes place, a report will be sent back to your Dashboard and an e-mail sent to you advising that it is ready for you to read. We usually have reports out within 2 working days of the appointment
