Wellbeing at Work Action Plan

The focus is shifting from reactive management of sickness absence to a more proactive approach of prevention through promoting health and wellbeing and improving employee engagement. We are adapting new ways to address staff wellbeing, which led us to develop the Wellbeing at Work Action Plan, which is a tool which helps all employees manage their physical and mental health and wellbeing at work.

This document can help you to have a wellbeing conversation with your line manager and discuss through your condition/ diagnosis or difficulty that may impact your ability to perform your job role or discuss how your job role may impact your health. It will help you to talk through and decide how we can support you to remain well in work and detail the strategies that you employ to support your own health.

This document should be regularly reviewed and updated to ensure that the adjustments and support are still current and supportive.

How to get started with the Wellbeing at Work action Plan:

1. Plan some time on your own to fill in your plan
