New Appraisal Process
We are asking all managers and appraisers to complete a short briefing session to get up and running with the new appraisal as quickly as possible. After completing the briefing session, you will be able to start using the new framework immediately.
Please complete a short module on ESR by watching a pre-recorded briefing session. Click here to log into ESR. The module can be found under the My Contribution Conversation on the homepage.
During the session you will:
a. Learn about the new appraisal ‘My Contribution Conversation’ framework
b. Understand support and resources available to you to enable a quality conversation
c. Learn about how to record completion of appraisal conversation on ESR
d. Have an opportunity to ask questions
e. Gain access to appraisal resources and further support
