If you need to request a review or would like advice about rebanding, please contact Ray Rummens via email.
Agenda for Change Job Matching applies to all non-Medical roles up to the Band 9 level. The Trust is required to band all job descriptions to ensure we have clear outcomes and a consistent approach to all our roles by using the national methodology of Job Matching and Evaluation. In addition and to ensure that our recruitment is fair and accurate, we hold a master library of banded JDs for use when you are recruiting.
To assist Managers with identifying readily available banded roles, one of the documents below is a list of generic roles used across the Trust. These are JDs at different levels in a variety of areas and are available from Recruitment to be used immediately. Whilst the JDs themselves cannot be changed, the adverts should be tailored to the areas concerned to focus and attract candidates.
Below are some guidelines and forms for requesting a banding for a role and also the Trust template for a Job Description.
