How To Claim Your Free Tea and Coffee - 

We are currently looking for the best ways to ensure you get your regular supply of tea and coffee, so whilst we work out the details, we have arranged the following dates where you and members of your team can come along to collect your tea and coffee.

Note: For Colleagues based at LIP and Wavertree, we are currently looking at options to deliver your supplies directly and will be in touch with colleagues to arrange this.

Who Is This For?

The scheme is open to all staff and anyone working on behalf of LUHFT, including our brilliant volunteers.

Collection Arrangements - 

When collecting your tea and coffee, we would ask that you please work with your neighbouring teams to co-ordinate - if you use a communal kitchen for example, send someone who can collect on behalf of everyone rather than your individual team/s.

What Will Be Provided?

A basic supply of tea and coffee will be provided to teams/communal kitchens.

We will order your tea and coffee via NHS Supply, and currently the items available are: Tetley Teabags and Instant Kenko Coffee. We understand that these may not be to everyone's taste - we value your feedback and will review the products we provide along the way.

How Will We Get More Tea and Coffee When We Run Out?

We are currently looking for the best ways to ensure you get your regular supply and will update this page with more information. Initially, you will be provided with tea and coffee to last approximately 2 months.
