Management Matters

Course Description

This three-day programme is designed to support managers across the organisation through interactive, practical workshops. Attendees will have the opportunity to share their own experiences and reflect on the successes and challenges in their own teams and areas of work. There will be an opportunity for attendees on this programme to gather feedback from their staff prior to attendance and use this to consider what it is like to be on the receiving end of their management approach.

This programme will cover three interactive modules: Recruitment and Retention, Managing Team Relationships and Leading Compassionately. During the programme, managers will work together to share experiences and commit to acting and making changes based on their learning.

Learners are also recommended to undertake 360° feedback. We suggest doing these 6 months post course and will give attendees an opportunity to receive feedback from those around them on their individual performance and behaviours.
