Disciplinary Training

Course Description

The Disciplinary policy is designed to ensure a fair, systematic, timely and consistent approach when an employee’s conduct is in breach of Trust values and policies. This 2 hour course will give you an overview of the policy and the skills to effectively manager disciplinary cases from the perspective of a case manager. The training will also cover the just and learning culture guiding principles.

Learning Objectives

  • To identify a conduct concern
  • Have awareness of the ACAS Code of Practice in relation to disciplinary procedures
  • Understanding dealing with conduct informally and formally
  • Overview of how to manage an investigation
  • Overview of how to manage a disciplinary hearing
