Launchpad Programme
Course Description
This four day course is designed for colleagues who would like to develop their skills for the future. The programme consists of taught sessions alongside completion of an ongoing reflective diary, helping you to recognise your strengths and development needs in your area of work.
If you would like to attend please ensure you meet the following criteria:
- Full support of line manager
- Fully compliant with mandatory training
- Able to attend 4 taught sessions, and complete an ongoing reflective diary within work for the programme duration
Learning Objectives
By the end of this course you will have the opportunity to:
- Explore communication methods at LUHFT and for you
- Identify you own values and what this means for you in your role
- Explore your own role and and team purpose
- Understand your own strengths, and development areas in terms of resilience
- Learn the personal skills required to take on effective peer support responsibilities
- Undertake a mini 360 feedback
- Explore peer support and your role within this.
- Create and deliver an informal reflective presentation in small supportive groups
Intended Audience
This course is for colleagues who are not in a management role but who would like to further develop their skills

How to book
