An Introduction to Resilience
Course Description
Resilience is the ability to cope with extreme stress-provoking events without experiencing any personal stress signs or symptoms. Resilience training can help build personal resilience to withstand such events without developing stress-related problems. The course will provide both practical advice and an opportunity for self-reflection and discussion with like-minded peers.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this course you will have the opportunity to:
- Build personal resilience to maintain high performance and positive well-being
- Have a better understanding of the world in which we work and live
- Understand your individual strengths and development needs in dealing with pressure and challenges
- Be aware of and manage the pressures you encounter
Intended Audience
This course is suitable for all LUHFT colleagues.
