360° Feedback

Description

The 360° Feedback tool provides staff with feedback on their individual behaviour and performance. You will receive feedback from your 'raters' i.e Peers, Direct reports, Line Manager, and others who you have invited to provide observation and comment on your leadership performance and behaviour.

The results are presented to you in a report which will be provided by an accredited facilitator as part of a dedicated feedback session.

Learning Outcomes:

By undertaking 360° feedback, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and make sustainable improvements to your performance at work
  • Have increased awareness of both your strengths and limitations in the workplace. You will be able to highlight areas where you may have overestimated your performance as well as areas you may have neglected.

Intended Audience

Staff not in a line management role

We have an in-house free 360° report designed for all staff to seek feedback on their working practices, behaviours, and relationships with other staff.

Staff in a line management role

There are two report options for managers:

  • An in-house free version as above which also includes a section for direct reports to provide feedback on role clarity, objectives, wellbeing support, and development
  • The NHS Leadership Academy report which assseses against 9 dimensions of leadership behaviour.  Managers wishing to use this version will need departmental approval to pay for the report (£40).
