Your Leadership and Management Offer

Why is good leadership and management important?

When we are well led, we are more likely to want to stay and develop within that job role. You might even mirror your own styles and behaviours on that great leader. Leadership is the process of influencing others so that they can work hard to achieve their individual goals, that will contribute to the whole team achieving the overall goal. If every team does this then the Trust will achieve its strategic objectives.

How we can help you develop your Leadership & Management skills

We have developed an extensive offering around the needs of our Leaders and Managers of LUHFT that reflect the challenges the Trust is facing currently. We know that our staff are busy and under resourced, so we have developed a more inclusive, flexible education model of face to face and virtual programmes, online micro learning sessions and bitesize reading resources for all to access. It is now an expectation that all course delegates attend an impact evaluation meeting to tell us what effect the course has had on your leadership and management skills.
