Capability Training

Course Description

This 2 hour training course will provide you, as a manager, with the skills to effectively assist and encourage your employees to achieve and maintain effective standards of job performance. The training will provide you with a framework to improve the performance if employees and encourage their personal development.

Learning Objectives

• To understand the importance of managing performance capability
• To understand the process of managing capability informally
• To understand the process of managing capability formally
• To understand the appeals process
