Working at height

The Trust has a legal duty to comply with the Work at Height Regulations 2005 (WAHR).

The Regulations state the following;

Work at height means work in any place where, if there were no precautions in place, a person could fall a distance liable to cause personal injury. For example, you are working at height if you:

Staff working at height should have sufficient skills, knowledge and experience to perform the task, or, if they are being trained, that they work under the supervision of somebody competent to do it.

 Who is the course for?

Training courses are provided for any staff working at height to ensure their safety.

Course content

The course is a 2-hour classroom-based session.
