Authorisation / Vacancy Approval

In order to submit a recruitment request through TRAC please log into Trac https://admin.trac.jobs/
If you don’t have a Trac account or if your account is no longer active, please contact the recruitment team.

Before you start, ensure you have:

• the cost centre
• an ESR position number
• a copy of a banded job description (afc and vsm posts only)

The attached manager’s guide will provide further information on the process of raising a vacancy request through TRAC, including the Pay Improvement Group process.
