Shortlisting

Once an advert has closed the recruitment team will transfer the applicants to the shortlisting stage on Trac.
It is important to shortlist your vacancy as quickly as possible following the closing date to ensure candidates remain interested, to uphold a good impression of the Trust and to help ensure an expedient recruitment process.
