About ESR

Date: 01 April 2020

ESR is the national HR, Training and Payroll system in use within the NHS. All staff at LUHFT must have access to their ESR account as it allows staff to do the following:

  • Access/download e-Payslips & P60’s
  • Change bank account details (only available from NHS connected devices)
  • Enrol on training and play e-Learning
  • Review and update personal information such as home address, telephone  contact details
  • Review previous employment information
  • Request and manage annual leave requests (non rostering areas)
  • Access your Total Reward Statements (TRS) to view pension statements and other staff benefits
